Covering Rouge

Wanted to poke fun at the fact that SEGA has been trying to cover Rouge a bit more as of late xD

This was based on an art made by AlotaArt on X/Twitter in where they had the same SEGA representative as shown her telling Rouge that she can't show her bust anymore and a reply on a tweet about the situation where someone commented about how SEGA is more concerned with Rouge showing too much, yet characters like Amy Rose can still run around with a backless dress xD
